Alfred Tucker

Willow Spring, NC: Mr. Alfred Junior Tucker, age 70 of 1239 Honeycutt Road, passed Monday at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh, NC.  Funeral Service will be 2:00PM-Thursday at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Benson.  Officiating will be Rev. Jim Dyers and Gerson Torres.  Burial will follow in Lakeside Memorial Gardens, Angier.  Mr. Tucker was born June 27, 1945 in Wake County to the late Ernest T. and Cloie Ruth Baker Tucker.  He was preceded in death by son, Doug McCormick, grandson, Luke Hatch and brother, Jessie Tucker.  Mr. Tucker was a superintendent with Harrod and Associates in Raleigh. He attended Friendship Baptist Church. Surviving are his  wife, Peggy King Tucker; children and spouses, Junior Tucker of Angier; Carol Tucker of High Point; David and Lisa Tucker of Angier; Tammy Langdon and Billy Gregory of Raleigh and Kelly and Lee Hatch of Four Oaks; twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; sisters and spouses, Kathy and Walter Perry of Garner, Marie Tucker Bowling of Four Oaks; Ruth and Roger Seagroves of Garner; brothers and spouses, Bobby and Louise Tucker of Four Oaks; Robert and Candace Dodds of Las Vegas; and James and Lisa Tucker of Smithfield; many nieces and nephews.
