Dunn, NC: Mrs. Alice Hudson Moore age 81 of 4385 Woods Crossroads Rd. died Thursday at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Smithfield. Funeral services will be 11:00AM Monday, May 28, 2012 at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Benson. Officiating will be Rev. Joe Hicks. Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery, Benson. Mrs. Moore was born August 30, 1930 in Johnston County to the late John David and Rovetta Raynor Hudson. Mrs. Moore was also preceded in death by a Son, Craig Moore, Sister, Evelyn Pope Woodard and Brothers, Sherrill Hudson and G.I. Hudson. She worked 34 years with the American Tobacco Company in Durham and was a homemaker. Mrs. Moore was also a member of the Durham Advent Christian Church. Surviving include Daughters & Son-In-Law, Peggy M. Williams of Raleigh, Sherry M. & James Hollifield of Garner and Carolyn Dupree of Willow Spring; Sister, Margie Lee of Benson; Four Grandchildren and Three Great Grandchildren. Family will receive friends 10:00AM to 10:45AM prior to the service Monday, May 28, 2012 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home, Benson. Flowers are welcomed; however memorials may be made to one’s favorite charity.
