Anita Morris Williams

Raleigh, NC:  Mrs. Anita Morris Williams, age 80, died Friday, November 9, 2018 at her home. Graveside Service will be 9:00AM Sunday, November 11, 2018 at Roselawn Cemetery in Benson. Officiating will be Pastor Eddie White.             Mrs. Williams was born April 5, 1938 in Johnston County to the late William H. & Verona Holmes Morris.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Lynwood Ashley Williams, Sr.  Mrs. Williams was the Director of Outdoor Programs for Pines of Carolina Girl Scout Council.             Surviving are daughter, Susan Clayton and husband, Chuck, of Raleigh; son, Lyn A. Williams, Jr. & wife, Lisa, of Clayton; grandchildren, Joseph Williams, Beth Clayton, and Charles Clayton; husband like person, Dale Grimes of Raleigh; and sisterly friend, Martha Caves.             Immediately following the graveside service, the family will receive friends at the home.             In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Transitions LifeCare, 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC  27607.
