Ann Stanley Holmes

Four Oaks, NC: Mrs. Ann Stanley Holmes, age 79, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at Smithfield Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center surrounded by her loving family. Graveside Funeral Services will be 2:00PM Wednesday, March 27, 2024 in the Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Four Oaks. Officiating will be Rev. Rodney Raby. 

Mrs. Holmes was born on October 13, 1944 in Johnston County to the late Willie Raymond and Margaret Lee Parrish Stanley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Franklin Holmes; and her brother, Gene Stanley. Mrs. Holmes retired from Data General. Mrs. Holmes enjoyed working in her flower gardens, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas Franklin Blackman of Four Oaks; children, Susan Phillips and husband, Kenneth of Princeton, Karen Hansley and husband, Brig of Four Oaks; grandchildren, Brandy Norris, Heather Sage and wife, Keshia, Brittney Massengill, Jeanda Grieco and husband, Zack; great-granddaughter, Emma Grieco; brother, Leo Stanley and wife, Patricia of Four Oaks, Linwood Stanley of Meadow; sister, Sarah Parker and husband, Wayne of Four Oaks; several nieces and nephews. 

The family will receive friends from 12:30PM to 1:30PM Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks and other times at the home of Karen and Brig Hansley.
