Coats, NC: Mrs. Betsy “Verlene” Faircloth Jackson, age 71, of 133 South Isabella Street died Thursday, January 10, 2013 at her residence. A Graveside service will be 2:00PM Sunday, January 13, 2013, at Lakeside Memorial Gardens, Angier. Officiating will be Rev. Tim Batten.
Mrs. Jackson was born October 19, 1941 in Johnston County to the late Noah and Stella Thompson Faircloth. Mrs. Jackson was preceded in death by her Husband, John Thomas “Tommy” Jackson. She was a retired seamstress at Terry Hill and was a homemaker.
Surviving include Daughters & Sons-in-law, Janet & Mike Langley and Kim & Kenneth Hicks, all of Coats; Sisters & Brothers-in-law, Doris & Otis Capps of Coats, Jean & Donald Riddle of Lillington, and Margie & Rufus Jackson of Benson; Brother, Tom Faircloth of Dunn; Three Grandchildren, Noah Barefoot of Cary, Tanner Hicks of Coats and Tucker Hicks of Coats; Sisters-in-law and Brothers-in-law of the Jackson family; and Several Nieces & Nephews.
Family will receive friends at Lakeside Memorial Gardens immediately following the graveside service.
