Billy Parker

Four Oaks, NC:  Mr. Billy Bruce Parker, age 53, of 729-B Mulberry Road, died Wednesday. Memorial Services will be 3:00PM Sunday, December 11, 2016 at Parker Family Cemetery on Parkertown Road in Four Oaks, NC.             Mr. Parker was born January 20, 1963 in Johnston County to Billy Ray Parker of Four Oaks and the late Lorene Stanley Parker.  He was also preceded in death by his sister, Janet P. Hill.  Mr. Parker was a residential painter.             Surviving in addition to his father are daughter, Heather Parker of Princeton; grandson, Christopher Jayce Whitley; sister, Barbara Kay Parker of Dunn and special friend, Janet S.
