Bruce Stephen Bandes

Four Oaks, NC: Mr. Bruce Stephen Bandes, age 84, of Landover Lane passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at UNC Johnston Health Hospital in Smithfield surrounded by his loving family. Funeral Services will be 11:00AM Monday, December 18, 2023 at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Four Oaks. Committal Service will be held at 2:00PM Monday, December 18, 2023 at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Goldsboro with Military Honors. Pastor Matt Fry will officiate. 

Mr. Bandes was born on September 29, 1939 in Bronx, New York to the late Joseph and Renée Levy Bandes. Mr. Bandes retired as an Attorney after 46 years of practicing law as Bruce S. Bandes, Esq. He was US Army Veteran. Mr. Bandes was an avid fisherman, loved going to the ocean, and a member of HopeFront Church where he served in many capacities. He was an avid sports fan supporting the New York Yankees and the New York Jets.

Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Jo-Anne S. Bandes; children, James Bandes and husband, Boris, Brenda Baglio and husband, Anthony, Amy Karmilovich and husband, Jeff, Craig Bandes and wife, Tara, Renée Bandes, David Bandes, Sarah Bandes, Christina Winter and husband, Richard Bila, Barry Winter and wife, Jamie, Joanna Caligiuri and husband, Mike, Kaitlyn Turner and husband, Frank; 18 Grandchildren; brother, Alan Bandes; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00PM to 8:00PM on Sunday, December 17, 2023 at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks.
