Ms. Candice Michelle Garner, age 40, of Smithfield, NC passed away on November 5th, 2020. Candice was born in Wake County to Mr. Raymond Devon Garner and the late Mrs. Deborah Evans Garner. Along with her father, Candice was survived by her son, Joshua Tyler Bethune and wife Lauren; grandchildren, Bryce and Harper Bethune; and fiancé, Jeremy White.
