Benson, NC: Mrs. Carolyn Boyd Adams, age 79, of B.H. Parrish Road, passed away on Monday, June 21, 2021. Funeral Services will be 3:00PM-Thursday, June 24, 2021 at Rose and Graham Funeral Chapel in Benson, NC. Burial will follow in the Len-Parker Family Cemetery outside Four Oaks, NC.

Mrs. Adams was born on April 19, 1942 in Johnston County to the late John Henry and Rita Grimes Boyd. She was preceded in death by her husband, Graham Adams, Sr., son, Graham Adams, Jr., sisters, Betty Ellis, Diane Adams, Johnnie Margaret Caldwell. Mrs. Adams was a hostess at Captain Stanley’s Seafood Restaurant in Raleigh, NC.

Surviving include her children, Greg Adams and wife, Teresa; and Anita Hudson and special friend, Chris Casey; grandchildren, Tiffany Pridgen and husband, John, Amber Cook and husband, Allen, Candace Thomas and husband, Jared; Adam Capps, and Brooks Hudson; great-grandchildren, Fletcher Cook, Jaicey Thomas, Olivia Hudson, Charlie Hudson and Kami Capps; sister, Deloris Stephenson Curl and a brother, Wayne Boyd; many nieces and nephews; the Captain Stanley’s Seafood Family, Lavern and Paula Stanley; and her beloved dog, Rookie.

The family will receive friends 2:00PM-2:45PM, Thursday, June 24, 2021 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson, NC.
