Carra Lee Roberts King

Angier, NC: Ms. Carra Lee Roberts King, age 77, Sweetbriar Rd. passed away on Friday, September 9, 2022 at Smithfield Manor.  Memorial Services will be held 1:00PM Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Benson. Officiating will be Rev. Steven Dupree and Preacher Dennis Dewitt.

Ms. King was born on June 2, 1945 in Johnston County, NC to the late Andrew Cleafus Roberts and Alice Pearl Parrish. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leeroy King; sisters, Marie Byrd, Leta Gray Liles and Barilla Sue Dean; brothers, F.J. Roberts, Aaron Roberts and Vasco Roberts; step daughter, Janet Lee King.  Ms. King was the lead salesperson for Carolina Apparel until her retirement.

Surviving includes her son, Roy Wayne King and wife, Lorrie of Angier; grandchildren, Jessica J. King Dewitt and husband, Dennis and Jonathan Wayne King; great-grandson, Jackson Wayne Dewitt.

The family will receive friends after the memorial service.
