Benson, NC: Mrs. Carrie Sue Stephenson Wallace, 74, of 6714 Hwy 50 North, passed away Friday October 7, 2011 at her residence. Funeral services will be Monday October 10, 2011 at 11:00AM at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel.  Revs. Billy Cashwell and Glenn McCullen will officiate.  Burial will follow at Benson Grove Church Cemetery. Mrs. Wallace was born February 24, 1937 in Harnett County, a daughter of the late Silas and Fanny Massey Stephenson. She was a retired lunchroom worker at Benson and South Johnston Schools, a homemaker and a member of Benson Grove Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death: Sister, Barbara Burke and Son-in-law, Benny Smith.  Survivor include: Husband, Norman Wallace, Daughters & Son-in-law, Sue Ellen Smith and Norma Kay & Tim Green of Benson, Son and Fiancé, Ronald Wallace & Susan Woodall of Benson, Seven Grandchildren and Three Great-Grandchildren. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson.
