C. Glenn Lee

Four Oaks, NC: Mr. Calbert Glenn Lee, age 72, of 2508-B Lee’s Union Church Road died Saturday at SECU Hospice House in Smithfield. Funeral service will be 2:00PM Tuesday at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Benson.  Rev. Sherwood Lassiter will officiate. Burial will follow in Lee’s Chapel Church Cemetery, Four Oaks.             Mr. Lee was born May 31, 1939 in Johnston County to the late Lundy Lelan and Mattie Snead Lee.  He was also preceded in death by his wife, Geneva Adams Lee; Sister, Leacy Johnson; and Brothers, Thurman Lee, Hubert Lee, Eston Lee & Roy Lee.  Mr. Lee worked at Benson Veneer Plant for 43 years. He loved hunting, fishing, and gardening.             Surviving are Sons & Daughters-in-law, Stacy Glenn & Ann Jenee Lee and Lelan Keith & Betty Lee, all of Four Oaks; Grandchildren, Calbert Ray Lee of Four Oaks, Geneva Logan Lee, Rachel Wilson, and Jerry Wilson, all of Princeton; Sisters, Elsie L. Franklin of Leesburg, FL and Mavis L. Wheeler of Four Oaks; Brothers, Herman Lee of Garner and Cecil Lee of Four Oaks; and numerous nieces and nephews.             Family will receive friends at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson from 7:00PM to 9:00PM Monday.
