Charlie Barnes

Benson, NC: Mr. Charlie Ray Barnes age 60, of Benson died Saturday, March 3, 2012 at Liberty Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Memorial service will be 2:00PM Tuesday March 6, 2012 at Faith Free Will Baptist Church, Four Oaks, NC.  Officiating will be Rev. Donnie Massey. Mr. Barnes was born May 8, 1951 in Harnett County to the late Charlie & Neva Wilkins Barnes. Mr. Barnes was a logger with Z.B. Byrd Logging Company. He was preceded in death by sisters, Dorothy Jean Johnson, Mary Lovean Roberts, Joyce Elizabeth Smith and Lois Ann McLean.   Survivors include his Sisters, Hilda Kirks of Raleigh and Linda Allen of Four Oaks; Several Nieces and Nephews and Great Nieces and Nephews. The family will receive friends following the memorial service at the church
