Charlotte Kouba

Four Oaks, NC: Mrs. Charlotte H. Kouba, age 75, died Monday at SECU Hospice House in Smithfield. Graveside Services will be 3:00 PM Tuesday at Four Oaks City Cemetery. Officiating will be Rev. Eddie White. Mrs. Kouba was born March 2, 1938 in Maryland to the late Edward P. and Ida Wallis Hockaday.  She was a retired registered nurse and a homemaker. Surviving include, Sister, Cynthia Rose of Beverly Hills, CA; Nieces and Nephews, Numerous Cousins. Arrangements by Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks.
