Born in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, on September 27, 1953, Cheryl was known for her caring nature and easy-going spirit. She built a life rooted in love, kindness, and a deep commitment to those around her.

A retired Registered Nurse, Cheryl dedicated her career to serving others with compassion and expertise at Horizon Family Medicine in Clayton. Her enduring legacy is one of unwavering support for her patients and their families, reflecting her generous heart and the countless lives she influenced through her nursing career.

Cheryl's warmth extended beyond her professional life. Her hospitable character shone brightly in her home, where she often expressed her love through her cooking. Friends and family alike cherished the moments spent around her table, where laughter mingled with the aroma of her favorite dishes, creating memories that will be treasured forever.

Beyond her service, Cheryl nurtured a passion for music, finding joy in attending concerts, particularly those of the Celtic Women. These experiences brought her immense happiness and demanded a place in her heart, encapsulating the essence of her spirited personality.

The bonds they shared will continue to echo through the stories and memories they created together.

Cheryl's loving presence will be profoundly missed by her sisters, Rhonda Bowen and Kay Mulkerrin, who carry forward the memories of their sister's love and laughter. Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Mary Jansen Bowen, and her sister, Jody Seager, who welcomed her with open arms upon her departure.
