Clarence "Dale" Hatton

Raleigh, NC: Mr. Clarence “Dale” Hatton, age 77, of Shannonbrook Lane passed away on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 31, 2021 at Benson Grove Baptist Church in Benson. Rev. Billy Cashwell will officiate. A Graveside Service will be 2:30PM Saturday, July 31, 2021 at Montlawn Memorial Park in Raleigh.

Mr. Hatton was born on December 8, 1943 in Wayne County to the late Louis and Annabelle Wilson Hatton. He was preceded in death by his sister, Betty Graves. Mr. Hatton was a retired optician.

Surviving include his wife of 35 years, Jean Dail Hatton; children, Madeline Squires and husband, Warren of Raleigh, Michael Hatton of Four Oaks, Cindy Bunn and husband, Jeff of Clayton, Jennifer Baucom and husband, T.J. of Angier; Nine grandchildren; Eight great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 7:00PM to 9:00PM on Friday, July 30, 2021 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson and other times at the home.
