C. Linwood Jernigan

Benson, NC: Mr. Charles Linwood Jernigan, age 61, of 314 West Mann Street died Saturday at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. Funeral services will be 2:00PM Tuesday at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Benson. Officiating will be Rev. Tom Wagoner. Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery. Mr. Jernigan was born April 3, 1950 in Harnett County to the late Othel and LouDella Johnson Jernigan. He was the owner and operator of L & R Bar in Benson. Surviving include wife, Brookie Beasley Jernigan; Daughters, Kristie J. Guy and Husband, Brian of Buies Creek  and Ashley Brooke Jernigan, and Friend, Kevin Lee of the home; Sisters, Debbie J. Lee and Tammy J. Hall, both of Benson; Brother, Raeford Jernigan of Benson; Granddaughter, Hunter Rae Norris of Buies Creek; Special Pet, “Liz”. The family will receive friends at Rose & Graham Funeral Home from 6:00PM to 8:00PM Monday.
