Connie Jo Roberts Ingram

Connie Jo Roberts Ingram, age 58, a beloved figure known for her loud, determined spirit and unwavering love, passed away on January 14, 2025, at the UNC Chapel Hill Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Born on December 2, 1966, in Johnston County, NC, Connie was a remarkable woman whose hard work and dedication as a provider for her family left an indelible mark on the hearts of those she cherished.

Connie's personality shone brightly through her great sense of humor and her ability to bring joy to those around her. She was not only a loving mother and grandmother but also a hard worker who exemplified what it meant to care deeply for her family. Her passion for life was evident in her favorite pastimes, particularly her love for spending time at the beach and creating lasting memories with her family, especially her adored grandchildren: Wade, Layla, and Wyatt.

She leaves behind her cherished children, Blake Ingram and his special friend Ashley, and Anna Ingram, and special friend, Jon Sevier, who will carry forward the lessons of love and resilience she instilled in them. Connie also leaves her siblings, Johnnie Roberts, Amber Roberts, and Steven Roberts, along with several nieces and nephews who were touched by her warmth and dedication. She also leaves behind her loving dogs, GiGi, Abbey, and Maggie. 

Connie is predeceased by her father, Johnnie Harold Roberts, and her mother, Anna Beasley Roberts, and sister, Angela Roberts all of whom shaped her into the remarkable individual she became.

As we remember Connie Jo Roberts Ingram, we celebrate her vibrant spirit, the love she shared, and the legacy she leaves behind. Her laughter will echo in the hearts of many, and her devotion to her family will serve as an enduring source of inspiration.
