David Mabry

Robbinsville, NC:  Mr. David Franklin Mabry, age 55, of 7150 Yellow Creek Road died Thursday, May 25, 2017. Funeral Service  will be  11:00 AM  Thursday at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Coats.  Officiating will be Rev. Charles Sorrell.  Burial will follow in Lakeside Memorial Gardens, Angier, NC with military honors.Mr. Mabry was born on February 6, 1962 in Wake County to the late Perry Franklin "Frank" and Sybil Sorrell Mabry.  He was also preceded in death by his sister, Janet Ann Mabry. Mr. Mabry retired from the U.S. Navy with 26 years of service.  He was currently  employed by the Tennessee Valley Authority as a Hydro Engineer at Fontana Dam.Survivors include his wife, Vanessa Lintag Mabry; son, Alexander Franklin Mabry of Florida; daughters,  Amanda Sybil Mabry of New York  and Arlene Lintag Mabry of Asheville; sister, Gail Denning of Willow Spring; nephews, Brian Timothy Denning of South Carolina and Bret Steven Denning of Teachey.The family will receive friends  10:00 AM - 10:45 AM  Thursday prior to the service at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Coats  and other times at the Mabry Home Place.Service Information
