Dennis Ray Williams

Four Oaks, NC: Mr. Dennis Ray Williams, age 66, of Green Pasture Road, passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at UNC Johnston Health in Smithfield, NC. The family will hold private services at a later date.

Mr. Williams was born in Wake County on October 31, 1955 to James Alex and Mary Lisenby Williams. He was preceded in death by his father and his wife, Nancy Mack Williams. He was a loving father, husband, and friend.

Surviving include his mother, Mary Williams; children, Dennis Williams, Jr. and wife Shea, Amanda Williams Quinones and husband, Alex, and Amber Williams Stanley and husband, Dustin; grandchildren, Madison, Michael, Joseph, Samuel, and Brooks; four sisters; one brother; special friend, Carolyn Wilson; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers; memorials may be made to the Johnston Health Patient Assistance Fund in memory of Dennis Williams at P.O. Box 1376, Smithfield, NC 27577.
