Doris Cook

Angier, NC:  Mrs. Doris McGee Cook, age 87, passed away Tuesday. Funeral Service will be 2:00 PM Saturday at Rose and Graham Funeral Chapel in Benson.   Officiating will be Rev. George Reed.  Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery in Benson.               Mrs. Cook was born November 12, 1929 in Johnston County to the late Junius G. and Eva  McGee.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Roy Edwin Cook, daughter, Anita Cook and brothers, Eldridge McGee, Floyd Graham McGee, Billy Ray McGee and Danford McGee. Mrs. Cook retired from Data General, was a homemaker and member of Rehobeth Primitive Baptist Church.               Surviving include daughters and sons-in-law, Abigail and Hoyt Kinsey of SC and Bonita and Mike Price of Angier; grandchildren, Kim Graham, Amy Price Barrett, and Magen McLean; great-grandchildren, Adi Coor, Hannah Grace McLean, Hanson Graham, Emma Lynn McLean and Kasey Rose McLean; great-great-grandson, Maverick Coor; sister, Faye Massengill.               Family will receive friends from 12:30 PM - 1:45PM Saturday prior to the service.                Flowers are welcomed; however, memorials may be made to American Heart Association, 3131 RDU Center Dr # 100, Morrisville, NC 27560
