Dorothy Lassiter

Four Oaks, NC: Mrs. Dorothy "Dot" Hall Lassiter, age 84, of 406 Pine Drive died Friday, December 21, 2018, at UNC Rex Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, December 28, 2018, at Four Oaks United Methodist Church, Four Oaks, NC.  Rev. Joey Yow will officiate.           Mrs. Lassiter was born on March 4, 1934, in Harnett County to the late Roland and Leola Hall. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Bert Lassiter. Mrs. Lassiter was a retired insurance agent with Lassiter Insurance Agency and was a member of the Four Oaks United Methodist Church.             Surviving include her daughters, Amber Day Strickland of Carolina Beach, Ava Strickland of Clayton, Alisa Strickland of Greenville, NC, Ragan Lassiter of Benson; grandchildren, Meredith Bihr of Atlanta, GA, Morgan Cockerham of Clayton, and Cody Lassiter of the home; great-grandson, Carter Bradley of Clayton.             The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the church fellowship hall.             In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Four Oaks United Methodist Church P.O.
