Four Oaks, NC:  Mrs. Edith Rose Tart Parker, age 71, of 1055 Hannah Creek Road died Tuesday, February 24, 2015, at SECU Hospice House in Smithfield.  Funeral services will be 11:00AM Friday, February 27, 2015, at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Benson.  Officiating will be Rev. Billy Nowell and Dr. Larry Withrow. Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery.      Mrs. Parker was born February 24, 1944 in Johnston County to the late William Floyd and Lois Adams Tart.  She worked at Block Industries and was a member of Stone's Creek Advent Christian Church.      Survivors are husband of 53 years, Willie Parker; sons & daughters-in-law, Willie Glenn & Rebecca Parker of Benson and William Garry & Naomi Parker of Four Oaks; grandchildren, Hunter Trey Parker and Heather Rose Parker; sister & brother-in-law, Edna Earl & Edward Earl Sutton of Newton Grove; and brothers, Keith Tart of Four Oaks and Roger Tart of Benson.      Family will receive friends at Rose & Graham Funeral Home from 10:00AM to 10:45AM Friday prior to the service.      Flowers are welcomed; however, memorials may be made to SECU Hospice House, P. O. Box 1376, Smithfield, NC  27577 or to Stone's Creek Advent Christian Church, c/o Phyllis Barefoot, 64 Wood's Crossroads Road, Benson, NC  27504.
