Edward Graylon Dixon

Four Oaks, NC: Mr. Edward Graylon Dixon, age 75, passed away on Friday, May 20, 2022 at the Kitty Askins Hospice House in Goldsboro, NC.  Funeral Services will be 6:30PM-Monday, May 23, 2022 at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Four Oaks, NC.   Rev. Vicki Medlin, Rev. Kelvin Gurley, and Rev. Kevin Perry.  Graveside Service will be 11:00AM-Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at Hills of the Neuse Memory Gardens in Smithfield, NC.

Mr. Dixon was born on October 24, 1946 in Harnett County, NC to the late Rev. Graham Dixon and Evelyn Snipes Dixon.  He worked for Burlington Industries in Smithfield, NC.  He was also the owner and operator of Graylon Dixon Plumbing in Four Oaks, NC. One of his greatest loves was his granddaughter, Kenzie, and always supported her in everything that she did. He also loved his farm, his horses and his cows.

Surviving include his wife of 57 years, Carolyn Parker Dixon; daughter, Paige Hinson and husband, Michael; granddaughter, Kenzie Hinson; sister, Bonnie Beasley; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends following the funeral service on Monday at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks, NC and other times at the home.
