Eugene McLamb

Four Oaks, NC: Mr. Eugene McLamb, age 70, of 1600 Parkertown Road, died Saturday, May 4, 2019 at his residence.  Funeral Service will be 3:00PM- Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Benson.  Officiating will be Rev. Sam Blackman.  Burial will follow in Banner Chapel Advent Christian Church Cemetery, Benson. NC with military honors. Mr. McLamb was born on June 15, 1948 in Harnett County to the late George William "Mann" and Mamie Ellen Tart McLamb.  He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sandy Renee McLamb, sisters, Doris Ray McLamb and Shirley E. Parker; brothers, William Dallas McLamb, Joseph Durwood McLamb, Dennis Allen McLamb, and James Bruce McLamb.  Mr. McLamb  was a  US Army Veteran and was a member of Banner Post 109 American Legion.  He retired from PGI in Benson.     Surviving include his wife of 47 years, Sandra Stewart McLamb; daughter, Donna McLamb Eason and special friend, William G. Parker; son, William Grant McLamb and wife, Cecelia all of Four Oaks; grandchildren, Patrick Floyd-McLamb, Madyson McLamb, Montana Eason and Maggie McLamb; sister, Edna S. Moore and husband, Sherrill of Newton Grove; many nieces and nephews.   The family will receive friends from 1:30PM-2:45PM, Tuesday, May 7, 2019 prior to the funeral service at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson, NC 27504.
