Benson, NC: Ms. Faye Beasley Tart, age 61, formerly of Angier, passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 with her daughters by her side. Funeral Services will be 1:00PM, Friday, February 12, 2021 at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Benson, NC. Rev. Rhonda Hamilton will officiate. Burial will follow in Harnett Devotional Gardens, Dunn, NC. The service will be livestreamed on the Rose & Graham Funeral Home Facebook Page.
Ms. Tart was born February 7, 1959 in Harnett County to the late R.C. Beasley and Carolyn Beasley Hensley. She retired from Morganite in Dunn and loved all of her children and grandchildren. One of her favorite enjoyments were her cold Pepsi’s and her nutty buddy bars, and was known for hiding them from her grandchildren. She loved Carolina Basketball, puzzles, solitaire, and many games on her phone. Ms. Tart was known for her famous country cooking, and you never left hungry when leaving her house. She was always the life of the party with her “Beach Girls”.
Surviving include her daughters, Misty Penny and husband, Matthew; Jamie Barefoot and husband, Keith; Jordan Barbee and husband, Brad; step-son, T.J. Tart and Jennifer Massey; grandchildren, Savannah Penny, Kyndall Penny, Kaden Barefoot, Raelyn Barefoot, Fallon Barefoot, Harvey Schneider, II., Brinley Barbee, Justin Maynard and wife, Amanda; great-grandson, Monroe Maynard; sister, Doris Jean Beasley Stewart; brothers, David Beasley, Wayne Beasley, Don Beasley and Frankie Beasley; many nieces and nephews; the father of her children, William Thurman Tart, Sr. and wife, Sandra; and the extended Tart family that Faye loved dearly.
Ms. Tart will be available for viewing and you may sign the register book from 9:00AM-12:45PM on Friday, February 12, 2021 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson, NC. The family will not be present during this time.
