Four Oaks, NC: Francis "Frank" Regan, age 75, of 455 Joyner Bridge Rd died Saturday at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Funeral services will be 2:00PM Tuesday at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel, Four Oaks. Officiating will be Rev. Freddy Langston. Burial will follow in Hills of the Neuse Memorial Gardens, Smithfield with Military Honors.
Mr. Regan was born in Philadelphia, PA on October 16, 1940 to the late Martin Joseph and Catherine Myers Regan. He retired from the US Navy May 1979 after 22 years of honorable service as a Master Chief Petty Officer. Mr. Regan also retired from Caterpillar after 14 years. He was preceded in death by his son, Marty Regan and sister, Kathleen Reeves.
Surviving include; wife of 36 years, Rebecca "Aunt Beck" Regan of Four Oaks; daughters and son-in-law, Mary Rogers and husband, Greg of Greensboro, Carolyn Bennett of Greensboro; son and daughter-in-law, Tim Regan and wife, Donna of Smithfield; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; special great niece, Gracie Lee and beloved dog, Butterball.
The family will receive friends Monday at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks from 6:00PM to 8:00PM and other times at the home.
