Gayle Allen Lee

Four Oaks, NC: Mrs. Gayle Allen Lee, age 68, passed away on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at UNC Rex Healthcare in Raleigh, NC surrounded by her children. Funeral Services will be 3:00PM, Friday, October 1, 2021 at Four Oaks Church of God in Four Oaks, NC. Private interment will be held in the Lee Family Cemetery on the family farm. Rev. Kevin Edwards will officiate.

Mrs. Lee was born on March 19, 1953. She was preceded in death by her parents, Owen and Lula Baker Allen, and husband, John M. Lee. Mrs. Lee was a homemaker and member of Four Oaks Church of God in Four Oaks, NC.

Surviving include her children, Jennifer Barbee, Suzanne Godwin and husband, Jamie, and Jonathan Lee and wife, Kayla; grandchildren, Bryson Barbee, Jaxson Godwin, John Greyson Lee and James Karson Lee; sisters, Margie Moore, and Judie Smith; brothers, Charles Baker and Wayne Hill; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00PM-8:00PM, Thursday, September 30, 2021 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson, NC, and other times at the home of Suzanne Godwin, 820 Sandy Road, Four Oaks, NC 27524.

In accordance with NC-COVID19 guidelines, the funeral home suggests practicing social distancing guidelines and the three W's: wait, wash, and wear a face covering. Face coverings are not required, but are kindly recommended for all services.
