Helen Carroll

Coats, NC:  Mrs. Helen Godwin Carroll, age 81, of Coats died Sunday, November 18, 2012 at Harnett Woods Nursing Home in Dunn.  Memorial service will be 2:00PM Monday, November 26, 2012, at Coats Baptist Church.  Elder Danny Carroll and Pastor Jerry Huff will officiate. Mrs. Carroll was born April 12, 1931 in Harnett County to the late B. L. and Sarah Holmes Godwin.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Young Carroll and a son, Terry Wrenn Carroll.  Mrs. Carroll was a training supervisor with Blue Belle and was a member of Coats Baptist Church.  Surviving include his Son & Daughter-In-Law, Robin & Jean Carroll of Angier; Grandchildren, Terry Wayne Carroll and Amy Carroll; Step Grandchildren, Connie Sherrill Pleasant and Jeremy Pleasant; Sisters, Jean Godwin Walker of Sanford and Ann Godwin Huff of Willow Springs; 2 Great Grandchildren; and Several Nieces & Nephews.
