Mike Williams

 Mr. Henry Michael Williams, age 57, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2024. Funeral Services will be 11:00AM-Friday, July 26, 2024 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Benson, NC. Pastor Eddie White will officiate. 

Mike was born on September 5, 1966 in Wake County, NC to Mary Greer Dean and the late Henry Kelly Williams. Mike was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Benjamin Greer and Sarah Vastie Mills; paternal grandparents, George and Polly Williams; uncles, Mark and Tim Williams; step mother, Sherry Williams; mother-in-law, Judy Mitchell; brother-in-law, Neil Clayborne. Mike was a skilled carpenter most of his life until he obtained his associate’s degree and retired from Novo Nordisk. In his free time Mike loved to play basketball with Kelly and friends. Mike was a gamer and good poker player who loved the Andy Griffith Show. He loved his sports cars and his fur babies Lexie and Ginger. Mike loved his friends from Virginia and other parts of North Carolina but Mike’s greatest love was for his family and especially his wife. 

Surviving includes his wife of 35 years, Kim Williams; daughters, Amy Williams and husband, Brandon Hardison, Tara Kruse; mother, Mary Greer Dean; grandchildren, Dillon Benson, Michael Kase Hardison, Jaylie Hardison, Gavin Hall, Tyanna Waller and Alicia Davidson; two great grandchildren; brothers, Kelly Williams and wife, Michelle, Richard Williams, Jay Miller, Tim Williams and wife, Kitty; sisters, Shannon Saucier and husband, Paul, Michelle Byrd and husband, Tim; father-in-law, Ralph Clayborne and wife, Anne; nephews, Todd and Trey Williams held a special place in his heart and many more beloved nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 10:00AM-10:45AM-on Friday, July 26, 2024 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson, NC.

 In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to COPD at 3300 Ponce De Leon Blvd, Miami, FL 33134.
