Hilda Gray Tart

Dunn, NC:  Mrs. Hilda Gray Ivey Tart, age 76, of 476 NC HWY 55 died Friday at Wake Med in Raleigh. Funeral Services will be  11:00AM  Monday at Smyrna Free Will Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Officiating will be Rev. Richard Whitman.              Mrs. Tart was born on April 9, 1940 in Johnston County to the late Crawford and Annie Johnson Ivey.  She was also preceded in death by grandsons, Caden Allen and Jonathan Allen; and sisters, Kathryn Jackson and Ruby Barefoot. Mrs. Tart was a homemaker and a member of Smyrna Baptist Church.             Surviving include husband, Jerry Tart; children and spouses, Timmy and Barbara Allen of Willow Spring, Curtis and Cindy Allen of Dunn, Joseph and Janice Allen of Benson, Ivey and Imogene Allen of Erwin, and Amanda and Josh Turner of Wilson Mills; brother, Farion Ivey of Erwin; 6 grandchildren and  11 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.             Family will receive friends at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson from 6:00PM to 8:00PM Sunday and other times at the home.
