Officiating will be Pastor Scott Betts. Surviving are his Parents, Jasmine Kee & David A. Ruffin, Jr. of Benson; Brother, David A. Ruffin, III, of the home; Maternal Grandparents, Jennifer L. Hayes of Benson and Horace & Zakiya Anderson of Roosevelt, NY; Paternal Grandparents, Deborah Ruffin & Joe Smith of Raleigh and David A. Ruffin, Sr., of Philadelphia, PA; Maternal Great Grandparents, Alicia Boria Ortiz of San Juan, PR, Migdalia & Stanley Brower of Wendell, and Atlean Anderson of Roosevelt, NY; Paternal Great Grandparents, Gloria & Earl Page of Philadelphia, PA; Special Aunts, Bernadette Kearse of Raleigh and Gloria Harley; and Numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
