Jai Persaud

Mr. Jai "Jack" Persaud age 78, of 1459 Juniper Church Road, Four Oaks, NC, died Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at his residence. A Memorial Service  will be held on Monday March 25, 2013, 11:00AM, at the Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Four Oaks,, NC. Officiating will be Pandit Shaym Basdeo.             Mr. Persaud was born May 17, 1934 in Georgetown, Guyana. He was a retired Office Manager with the University of Guyana and attended the Barbour's Chapel Advent Christian Church.            Mr. Persaud is survived by his wife of 55 years, Shammati Singh Persaud; Daughters, Rajmatie Patsy & husband Rajendra Goberdhan of Jersy City, NJ, Lilowtie Annie & husband, Ricky Temple of Four Oaks, NC, Nandranie Janet Persaud of Guyana, and Parbatie  & husband Sean Tobin of Guyana. Three Grandchildren and one Great-Grandson; sister, Joyce Singh of West Chester, NY and a brother, Harold Singh of Queens, NY.             Family will receive friends at Rose and Graham Funeral Home, Four Oaks immediately following the memorial service.
