Dunn, NC: Mr. James Sherrill Moore, age 72, of 1101 Tilghman Square died Tuesday, November 27, 2012, at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill. Funeral services will be 11:00AM Friday, November 30, 2012, at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Benson. Officiating will be Revs. Ronnie Hayes and Sherrill Pope. Burial will follow in the Lamm-Suggs Family Cemetery. Mr. Moore was born September 4, 1940 in Johnston County to the late Jacob and Eula Florence Norris Moore.  He was also preceded in death by a brother, Charles Ray Moore. Mr. Moore was a drywall contractor in the residential construction business.  Surviving are Daughters & Sons-in-Law, Tammy & Calvin Summers of Dunn and Charlotte & Brad Truelove of Duncan; Son & Daughter-in-Law, Ricky & Lisa Moore of Angier; Brothers, Shelton Moore, Donnie Moore, and Jackie Moore, all of Benson; 7 Grandchildren; and 2 Great Grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00PM to 8:00PM Thursday, November 29, 2012 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson and other times at the home of Tammy & Calvin Summers, 134 Suggs Road, Dunn, NC 28334.
