James Ellis Reardon

              Mr. James Ellis Reardon, age 67, of Strickland’s Crossroads Road, passed away on Thursday, February 3, 2022, at UNC Johnston Health in Smithfield, NC. A Private Graveside Service will be held at Piney Grove Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery in Four Oaks, NC. Pastor Eddie White will officiate.

            Mr. Reardon was born on May 27, 1954 in Wayne County to the late, Harold Glenn and Edith Rose McCorquodale Reardon. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, James Glenn Reardon. Mr. Reardon operated heavy machinery and was a truck driver for various companies most of his life.

            Surviving include his wife, Patricia Diane Reardon; daughters, Jennifer Renee Tienken and husband, Louis and Brandi Lynn Parrish and husband, Joseph; grandchildren, Brett Ashton Boling and fiancé, Janey Priest, Alexander James Reardon, and Joshua Aaron Tienken; great granddaughter, Lilly Hope Boling; brother, Marty Reardon and wife Kathy; and sister, Susan Larrimore and husband, Willie.  

              In accordance with the NC-COVID -19 guidelines, the funeral home suggests practicing social distancing guidelines and the three W's: wait, wash, and wear a face covering. Masks are not required but kindly recommended.
