Benson, NC :  Mrs. Janet Johnson Cook, age 57, of 201 Wendy Place passed away Saturday, March 14, 2020 at her residence surround by her loving family.  Funeral Service will be 11:00AM, Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at Benson Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church  in Benson.  Officiating will be Rev. Glenn McCullen. An entombment service will follow in Roselawn Cemetery in Benson at 3:00PM, Wednesday, March 18, 2020 if you are not able to attend morning service the family invites you to join them at the cemetery.           Mrs. Cook was born on August 4, 1962 in Johnston County to the late James Braxton and Rutha Blackmon Johnson. She was a paralegal with the NC Department of Justice and was a member of Benson Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church.             Surviving is her husband of 24 years, Michael Cook; son, Allen Cook and wife, Amber of Benson; grandson, Fletcher Cook of Benson; brothers, Stacy Johnson and wife, Sharon, Jimmy Johnson and wife, Michelle and Ronnie Johnson all of Benson; several nieces and nephews; beloved golden retriever, Huntleigh.            The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson and other times at the home.             Flowers are welcomed; however memorials may be made to Benson Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church c/o Rachel Denning P.O.
