Janice Allen Hall

Benson, NC: Mrs. Janice Allen Hall, age 82, of Mingo Road passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2022 at the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield surrounded by her loving family. Funeral Services will be held 2:00PM Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at the Benson Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church in Benson. Officiating will be Rev. Glenn McCullen. Burial will follow in Devotional Gardens in Dunn.

Mrs. Hall was born on September 25, 1939 in Johnston County, NC to the late David T. and Iva Belle Ellis Allen. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Shirley Liverman, Doris Johnson and Bonny Massengill. Mrs. Hall retired from the cafeteria at Benson Elementary School and was a member of the Benson Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church.

Surviving are her husband of 65 years, Kenneth Hall; children, Lisa Hall of Benson, Mark Hall and wife, Vonda of Benson; grandchildren, Kelly Faircloth, and husband, Josh, Kandace Hayes and husband, Brian, Casey Hall and husband, Jason, Karlie Bates and husband, Paul, Tyler Hall and wife, D’Ana, Kaylan Johnson and husband, Jessie; great-grandchildren, Ridley Faircloth, Ryals Faircloth, Landon Hall,  Levi Hayes, Stella Lee, Camdyn Johnson, Luke Hayes, Reagan Hall, Steele Bates, Charlee Johnson, Oaklee Hall, and Nolan Hall; sister, Jackie Matthews and husband, Laverne of Coats; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 12:30PM to 1:45PM on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at Benson Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church prior to the service and other times at the home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield, P. O. Box 1376, Smithfield, NC 27577.
