Jerry Moore, Jr.

Benson, NC: Mr. Jerry Moore, Jr., age 40, of 229 Adams Road died Saturday, September 24, 2011, at his residence. A memorial service will be 6:00PM Tuesday, September 27, 2011, at the Benson Church of God.  Rev. Jeff Person will officiate. Mr. Moore was born August 27, 1971 in Wake County to Geneva Duncan McLamb of Angier and the late Jerry Moore, Sr. He was a brick mason in the home construction business. Surviving, in addition to his Mother, are his Children, Brody Cole Moore and McKenzee Moore, both of Benson; Sisters & Spouse, D.D. & Tracy McLamb of Garner and Tammy Blackmon of Benson; and Several Nieces & Nephews. Family will receive friends in the fellowship hall immediately following the memorial service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Brody & McKenzee Moore Fund, c/o State Employees’ Credit Union, 925 Dogeye Road, Benson, NC  27504.
