Jerry Wayne Stanley

Four Oaks, NC: Mr. Jerry Wayne Stanley, age 77, passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Funeral Services will be 2:00PM, Friday, February 7, 2025 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks, NC. Rev. Jonathan Pearce will officiate. Burial will follow in Piney Grove PFWB Church Cemetery in Four Oaks.

Mr. Stanley was born on September 16, 1947 in Johnston County, NC to the late Chester and Susie Stanley. He was also preceded in death by brothers, Lawrence Stanley and Dennis Stanley; and a nephew, Greg Stanley. Mr. Stanley was a hardworking man and a farmer most of his life. He loved his grandchildren very much and referred to them as “my babies”. Ella and Eli were the apple of his eye. He enjoyed watching them grow up and loved spoiling them with treats and love. He will be missed dearly. From tractor rides to fishing to Sunday dinners, the memories will be cherished. 

Survivors include his loving fiancé, Pam Pilkington; step-son, Jimmy Pilkington and wife, Jessica; granddaughter, Ella Rayne Pilkington; grandson, Eli Heath Pilkington; nephews, Curtis Stanley and wife, Amy and Johnny Stanley; cousins, Joyce Lassiter and Sue Canaday; life-long friend, Jerry Bryant. 

The family will receive friends from 1:00PM-1:45PM, Friday, February 7, 2025 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks, NC and other times at the home.
