Coats, NC:  Mr. Jerry Ray “Be-Bop” Williams, age 57, died Saturday, October 15, 2011, at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. Graveside Funeral Service will be 10:00AM Tuesday, October 18, 2011, at Lakeside Memorial Gardens in Angier.  Rev. Timmy Blair will officiate.             Mr. Williams was born in Johnston County on September 5, 1954 to the late William Lawrence and Velma Godwin Williams.  He was also preceded in death by a sister, Effie Jean Melton.  Mr. Williams was a Level 3 Technician at the State Farmers’ Market with the N. C. Department of Agriculture.             Survivors include Brother & Sister-in-Law, Richard & Ann Williams of Benson; Sisters & Brother-in-Law, Marie & Carlie Johnson of Angier, Jewel Jackson of Godwin, and Linda Adams of Angier; and Nieces & Nephews.             Family will receive friends at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Coats from 6:00PM to 8:00PM Monday, October 17, 2011, and other times at the home of Richard and Ann Williams, 1315 Silas Moore Road, Benson, NC.               In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the N. C. Kidney Foundation, 4819 Park Road, Suite C, Charlotte, NC  28209-3842.
