Fuquay Varina, NC: Mr. James Lewis Gregory, age 81, of 63 Basin Street died Sunday, February 3, 2013, at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. Graveside funeral services will be 2:00PM Tuesday, February 5, 2013, at Lakeside Memorial Gardens in Angier. Officiating will be Rev. Roland Byrd.   Mr. Gregory was born September 2, 1931 in Harnett County to the late James Benton and Myrtle Johnson Gregory.  He was a farmer and a welder.  Surviving include wife of 64 years, Mildred Denton Gregory; Sons & Daughters-in-law, Mickey & Virginia Gregory of Clayton and Keith & Brenda Gregory of Fuquay Varina; Sister, Mae Denton of Willow Spring; Grandchildren, Mike Gregory, Holly Lockamy, and Morgan Gregory; and Great Granddaughter, Reagan Lockamy. The family will receive friends at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Coats from 12:30PM to 1:30PM Tuesday prior to the service.
