Four Oaks, NC: Mr. John Ray Massengill, age 71, 2048-B Hockaday Rd. died Wednesday at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.  Funeral Services will be 2:00PM, Friday, March 29, 2013 at Four Oaks Church of God in Four Oaks. Officiating will be Rev. Kevin Edwards. Burial will follow in the Bethel Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery in Four Oaks. Mr. Massengill was born May 9, 1941 in Johnston County to the late Randall and Lillie Mae Davis Massengill. Mr. Massengill was retired from Champion Products and was a member of Four Oaks Church of God. Surviving include Wife, Jewel Allen Massengill of Four Oaks; Daughter and Son-In-Law, Christal & Terry Capps of Four Oaks; Sons and Daughters-In-Law, Troy & Frankie Massengill, Danny & Denise Massengill all of Four Oaks; Brother & Sister-In-Law, Jimmy & Jean Massengill of Four Oaks; Nine Grandchildren and Nine Great-Grandchildren. The family will receive friends Thursday, 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks.
