Jonathan Penny

Benson, NC:  Mr. Jonathan Keith Penny, age 48, of 4691 Hwy 50 N died Sunday, August 11, 2019 at his residence. A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, August 15, 2019, at 11:30 AM at Bethel Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Angier. Officiating will be Rev. Randy Beasley.              Mr. Penny was born on August 17, 1970 in Johnston County to Raeford "Ray" Earl Penny and Judith Dare Wilkes. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Roger and Grace Wilkes, and his paternal grandparents, Raeford and Edna Penny.  Mr. Penny worked in construction.             Surviving including his parents; are son, James Lewis of Garner, NC; siblings, David Penny of Benson, Kim Penny, Van Penny, and Anthony Penny all of Georgia; and mother to his son, Lisa Lewis of Garner, NC.             Family will receive friends from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM,  Thursday, August 15, 2019 prior to the graveside service at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Benson.             In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Liberty Hospice, 105 Hunt Valley Dr., Dunn, NC 28334.
