Josephine Johnson

Four Oaks, NC: Mrs. Josephine Massengill Johnson, age 87 of 515 Parker Rd, died Wednesday at her residence. Funeral Service will be held Saturday at 11:00AM at the Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Four Oaks.  Officiating will be Rev. Jason Hurt. Burial will follow in Barbour Chapel Church Cemetery, Four Oaks.  Mrs. Johnson was born September 26, 1925 in Johnston County to the late Tellie and Maggie Ellis Massengill. She retired after 30yrs of service from Fieldcrest Canon in Smithfield. Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her husband, L. H. Johnson. Surviving include, Nephews and Spouse, Tony and Crystal Johnson of Four Oaks, Forrest Johnson of Bailey; Sister, Oliven Johnson of Bailey. Family will receive friends at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks Friday evening 6:00pm until 8:00pm and other times at 203 Strickland’s Drive Smithfield, NC 27577.  The family would like to give a special thanks to the nurses of Johnston Home Health and Hospice, Penny, Jennifer, Doris and Laura for the care of Mrs. Johnson.
