Mrs. Juanita Johnson Honeycutt, age 89, of NC Hwy 210 died Wednesday at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. Funeral Services will be held 11:00AM Saturday at St. Mary's Grove Original Free Will Baptist Church in Benson. Officiating will be Revs. David Langley and Billy Nowell. Entombment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park in Smithfield, NC.Mrs. Honeycutt was born January 17, 1928 in Johnston County to the late Joel Andrew and Gertie Coats Johnson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Vernon Honeycutt, Sr.; sisters, Thelma Barnes and Edith Olive; brothers, Leawon F. Johnson, W.B. Johnson, Joel Johnson, Jr. and Theron Johnson. Mrs. Honeycutt was a homemaker, farmer and also a member of St. Mary's Grove Original Free Will Baptist Church.Surviving are sons and daughters-in-law, Tommy and Brookie Honeycutt of Benson, Jimmy and Rhonda Honeycutt and Glenn and Donna Honeycutt all of Four Oaks; daughter and son-in-law, Annette and Gary Murphy of Four Oaks; eleven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends from 6:00PM-8:00PM Friday at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson and other times at the home of Tommy and Brookie Honeycutt, 11216 NC Hwy 210, Benson, NC 27504.Flowers are welcomed; however, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Grove Original Free Will Baptist Church, Memorial Fund, c/o Diane Johnson, 3053 Federal Rd., Benson, NC 27504.Service Information
