Julia Bland Ellis Raynor

Julia E Raynor, 85, passed away peacefully Sunday morning April 18, 2021 in her home at Oakcrest Village in Parkville, Md. Funeral Services will be 2:30PM Thursday, April 22, 2021 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson. Officiating will be Rev. Ric Metzger. Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery, Benson.

She was born December 23, 1935 in Pinehurst N.C. to the late George R. and Minnie Williamson Ellis. She is a graduate of Benson High School. She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Connor Raynor and son in law Ronald Williams, husband of Emily Williams. Surviving is her brother, Randall Ellis, wife Vicki of Albany N.Y., Mother of Connie Williams, husband Albert of Essex Md., Mary Holton, husband Ron of Matthews, NC., Emily Williams, partner Danny Ainsworth of Lexington SC., Grandmother of Kelly Carlson, husband Kevin, Erin Richmond, husband Kevin, Renee Young, husband Joe, Michelle Porter, husband Charlie, Carrie Zier, husband Jason, Charles Williams, partner Amber Gantt, and Great Grandchildren, Sivert and Xander Carlson, Lyle and Hudson Richmond, Morgan and Riley Porter, Logan, Madison and Brendan Zier, Connor Williams. Julia will be the guardian angel to another great grandson due September 2021.

In lieu of flowers, family ask that charitable donations be made to Gilchrist, a nonprofit hospice in Hunt Valley Md, at Gilchristcares.org.

Family will receive friends from 12:15PM to 2:15PM at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson on Thursday prior to the service.
