Karen Morgan

Benson, NC: Ms. Karen Conklin Morgan, age 67, of Benson, formerly of Poughkeepsie, NY, died Monday, February 11, 2013, at Johnston Medical Center in Smithfield.  A private memorial service will be held at a later date.  Ms. Morgan was born March 16, 1945 in New Jersey to the late Wilbur and Kathleen Cameron Conklin.  She was also preceded in death by her sister, Beverly Gail Conklin.  Ms. Morgan was a homemaker.  Surviving include daughters & son-in-law, Colleen & Eugene Pittman of Hyde Park, NY and Teri Breci of Willow Spring; sons, Joseph Scott Morgan of Bengal, NY, and Thomas Morgan of Benson; 5 Grandchildren & spouses, Justina & Victor Barreiro, Cody Morgan, Joseph & Kimberly Terralavoro, Nicole Breci, Haley Mae Morgan; and 1 Great Granddaughter, Sophia Barreiro. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to one’s favorite charity.
