Keith Earl Strickland

Newton Grove, NC: Mr. Keith Earl Strickland, age 63 of Almon Road passed away on Friday, February 21, 2025 at UNC Johnston Health in Smithfield surrounded by his family. Graveside Funeral Services will be 11:00AM Tuesday, February 25, 2025 in the Hills of the Neuse Memory Gardens in Smithfield. Officiating will be Rev. Freddy Langston.

Keith was born on November 1, 1961 in Johnston County, NC to Bonnie Allen Strickland of Newton Grove and the late Herman Earl Strickland. He retired from being a self-employed sheet rock contractor in 2005. Keith was an avid fisherman and enjoyed grilling out with his family and friends and spending time with his dogs.

In addition to his mother he is survived by his daughter, Peri Alayna Strickland; granddaughter, Audrina Gray Walden; sister, Crystal Dawn Strickland-Lockamy and husband, Shannon; uncle, Gary Allen and wife, Sandra; cousin, DeWayne Allen and wife, Melissa and their children, Kinsey and Lincoln Allen.

The family will receive family and friends immediately following the graveside service and other times at the home.
