Landy Norris

Benson: Mr. Landy Kelly Norris, age 67, of 111 Norris Lane died Friday at his residence. Funeral services will be 3:00PM Monday at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel. Officiating will be Revs. Ron Godwin, Edwin Norris, Pearlean Parrish and Ronnie Hardison. Burial will follow in the McLamb Family Cemetery.      Mr. Norris was born September 8, 1947 in Harnett County to the late Bertice Norris and Viannie Norris Benson. He was preceded in death by brothers, Bertice Mack Norris, Roy Benson, and Dennis Benson.  Mr. Norris was a retired shoemaker and a retired sheetrock contractor.       Surviving are wife of 48 years, Jewelle Sigmon Norris; son, William Robert "Bobby" Norris of Benson; grandchildren, Sarah Elizabeth Norris and Abbie Dawn Norris, both of Benson; sisters & brothers-in-law, Dottie & Donnie Moore of Coats, Anita & Jerry Hicks of Willow Spring, and Neta B. Norris of Benson; brothers & sisters-in-law, Dannie B. & Deborah Norris of Four Oaks, Rodney Glenn & Lori Norris of Four Oaks, Tom & Jackie Benson of Four Oaks, Walt & Maxine Benson of Four Oaks, and Dean & Karen Benson of Princeton; sisters-in-law, Trudy Benson of Four Oaks and Brenda Benson of Princeton; and several nieces & nephews.      Family will receive friends from 7:00PM to 9:00PM Sunday at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson and other times at the home.
