Linda Sue Lassiter

Castilia, NC: Mrs. Linda Sue Lassiter, age 80, of 7489 Edwards Road, passed away on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. The family will hold private celebration of life services at a later day.

Mrs. Lassiter was born on September 9, 1940 in Johnston County to the late James Garland and Eva Mae Landgdon Lassiter. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Doris Hairr and brothers, Robert Lassiter, Willis Lassiter, Johnny Lassiter, James Lassiter, and Charles Lassiter. She was a loving mother, sister, and friend.

Surviving are daughter, Nancy Ward and husband Gregory; grandchildren, Brandon Pilkington, Amanda Pilkington, Salina Woodall, Jessica Ward, and Brittany Ward; seven great grandchildren; sisters, Merle Parrish, Judy Braswell, Jean Barnes, and LaRue Rogers; and several nieces and nephews.
